The best technologies inspire us to work smarter, achieve our goals, and streamline time-consuming tasks. They don鈥檛 create more work, but they do instil behavioural changes that enhance our workflow and make us more efficient. Our superusers rely on 成人抖阴 to be even more effective in the classroom.

鈥湷扇硕兑 has helped develop my relationships with the students. Rather than being stuck at the front of the class, I can move around. And鈥痶hat鈥檚鈥痓eneficial to building relationships. Also means I can make sure鈥痶hey鈥檙e鈥痜ocused and on top of what they should be doing.鈥

鈥淚t influences your admin ability. You can stay on top of things because you spend less time dealing with transition problems. I can spend time鈥痵taying on top of emails, sharing resources. In my first year, when we had cords, I was literally bound to my desk.鈥疘f someone needed me,鈥疘鈥檇鈥痟ave to pause the video, get up from my desk and help, then go back and press play. Now,鈥疘鈥檓鈥痠n front of the children.鈥疘鈥檓鈥痠n control and there鈥檚 no delay. It keeps the children engaged, and鈥痶hat鈥檚鈥痺hat you want. If鈥痶here鈥檚鈥痑 lag in their concentration, you鈥檝e lost them.鈥

鈥淚 think it has made things much smoother.鈥疘t helps me to be more organised.鈥疧bviously,鈥疘 come to school early, and I have a little time after the day ends, but if there鈥檚 been a behaviour issue at recess, I can follow it up and email the other teachers while it鈥檚 still fresh in my mind. Being able to display things easily has鈥痟ad鈥痑 positive impact on the way I teach.鈥

鈥淚t has made the children more engaged, and we do a lot鈥痬ore short鈥痓rain breaks of singing or dancing because it鈥檚 so easy to do. I use it for transitions too 鈥 when we鈥檙e getting ready to wash our鈥痟ands,鈥疘 can throw on a familiar song about washing their hands that reminds them.鈥疘t鈥檚鈥痬ade鈥痶hose transitions interactive, whereas before, they would have just been waiting to go. It helps with behaviour management.鈥

鈥淛ust made things that I would have done anyway鈥痚asier, and鈥痚ncouraged me to do things more. We did have a system鈥痓efore;鈥痠t just wasn鈥檛 as reliable and didn鈥檛 have that share function.鈥

鈥淚t has helped make the students who may not want to speak publicly be more engaged. If they are sharing the work鈥痶hey鈥痡ust created, they are more comfortable doing it. It also creates a bit of fun. When I say who wants to share, they all submit their requests and then we have a bit of a drum roll鈥痑nd then when their name comes鈥痷p,鈥痶hey present. On a side note, it also helps me remember their names. Their name comes up 鈥榮tarting to share鈥 and鈥痶hey鈥檝e鈥痝ot those few seconds and already know it鈥檚 them that are about to share. Some just say 鈥榗an we get it over and done with?鈥 but they鈥檝e already clicked 鈥榮hare control and know they鈥檙e going鈥痶o be called on.鈥

鈥淒uring COVID we did live stream assemblies. 成人抖阴 allows you to deliver a video to the unit and still use your computer.鈥疘鈥檇鈥痩ivestream to the class while doing my marking. This鈥痺ouldn鈥檛鈥痓e possible without it.鈥

鈥溾扇硕兑 has helped me have students share as many pieces as they could, be able to project from my screen, focus in on what I want students to learn. To be able to zero in and really have them focus in on a small piece of sheet music and mark-up and write, is big.鈥疘t has allowed me to push students further 鈥 rather than thinking they鈥檝e got鈥痠t,鈥疘 know they have. I can see exactly where鈥痶hey鈥檙e鈥痑t and what they鈥檙e doing. For those that struggle and鈥痗an鈥檛鈥痜ollow, it鈥檚 a really useful tool to check where they鈥檙e at.鈥
